Tuition & Scholarships: Yale University

Yale Law School offers a variety of tuition and scholarship options to help students finance their legal education. Tuition for the 2020-2021 academic year is $63,250, and that amount includes health insurance and other fees. The Law School also offers merit-based scholarships to incoming students, which range from partial tuition awards to full tuition awards. This award is renewable for each year of law school attendance as long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress. Additionally, Yale Law School provides need-based grants to students who demonstrate financial need. These grants are not loans and do not need to be repaid. Finally, Yale Law School participates in federal loan programs such as the William D.
