Tuition & Scholarships: University of Missouri

The University of Missouri School of Law offers a number of tuition and scholarship options to help make law school more affordable. Tuition for full-time students is $27,125 per semester. Part-time students pay $24,275 per semester. In addition to these tuition costs, students are responsible for other expenses such as books and living expenses. The school also offers several scholarships to assist with tuition costs. For example, the Dean’s Merit Scholarship is available to incoming full-time and part-time students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and/or leadership potential. This scholarship covers up to 25 percent of the total cost of tuition for the entire program. The school also offers several need-based grants and scholarships that are awarded on a first come, first served basis depending on availability of funds. These grants range from $500-$4,000 per year and can be used for both tuition and living expenses. Finally, the school also has loan programs such as Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans which allow students to borrow up to $20,500 per year at a fixed interest rate.
