The subject of horticulture
For the horticultural subject, first-year students do not necessarily need the often cited “green thumb”. Instead, a well-founded interest in natural science subjects , economic topics and a certain technical interest for the degree are helpful.
Horticultural science can be studied in Germany at both universities and technical colleges.
