Fargo
Fargo is the largest city in the US state of North Dakota. The University of North Dakota is located here and has played an important role in the city’s cultural offerings. Red pandas and wolves, among others, have found a home here. The Fargo Walk of Fame, like Hollywood, has a special monument to the superstars. There are already more than 100 stars on the sidewalk. Every step is an experience in itself.

If you want a vacation full of peace and quiet, North Dakota is the place to be. You will need a rental car to get around the US state during your stay. The east is where farming takes place, as here are all fertile fields and flat landscapes. But the wild west can still be experienced here. The best time to visit the state is during spring and summer, as winter can be quite harsh. If you do go around this time, you should take the cold into account and dress warmly.
Theodore Roosevelt used to spend a lot of time in the state and even owned a ranch there. Thanks to him, a number of national parks have also been established that you can now visit. The parks are there to protect nature and keep it intact. The Rocky Mountains are highly recommended during your visit. This is in the west and if you travel here you will also get to see some of the prairies. You will not soon forget these areas in the wilderness.
