This tuition rate applies to all students regardless of residency status. Additionally, Duke Law provides several scholarship options to make law school more affordable. These scholarships are based on academic merit and financial need, and range from partial to full tuition coverage. The school also offers a number of loan programs to assist in financing law school expenses. In addition, Duke Law has recently implemented an income-share agreement program which allows students to pay tuition in exchange for a portion of their future earnings after graduation.
