– Ingredients –

  • 8 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 hands full of peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or coconut, honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 level tablespoon baking powder

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Pre-heat the oven.
  2. Grind all the ingredients in a blender except the peanuts.
  3. When the mixture has formed a homogeneous mass add the peanuts and grind for a few seconds.
  4. Place the dough in a way of its own to lead to the oven along with the parchment paper.
  5. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°.
  6. Cover the cake with chocolate, or chips of coconut, cinnamon, peanuts… what’s more to like

  • 3 squares of chocolate-70% cation
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Put the coconut oil together in a bowl.
  2. Take to the microwave a few seconds until the chocolate is completely melted.
