LG G5 Will Have a Dual Display and Dual Rear Camera

According to rumors, LG G5 will inherit several characteristics of the current top models LG V10 and LG G4 .

Specifically, the next “flagship” of LG Electronics will be equipped with a 5.3-inch display and will have a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. This is a smaller screen than the one present on the G4, due to the fact that the top will be a secondary display with a resolution of 160×1040 pixels, recovering therefore the element that identifies the most LG V10.

A second innovation would be represented by a double rear camera, consisting of a primary sensor from 16 megapixels and a second smaller sensor. This would allow to wide angle shots with an amplitude up to 135 degrees.

The photographic sector would then be equipped with laser autofocus, dual LED flash and front camera 8 Megapixels.

According to leaked so far, LG G5 should also offer a fingerprint sensor, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor, a GPU Adreno 530, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB of internal memory (at the moment there is no information available on the presence of an expansion slot) and a decidedly more subdued 2800mAh than 3400mAh located inside LG G4 and probably the result of better performance provided by the new Qualcomm processor and function Doze of Android 6.0 that provides an app consumption optimization on standby.

LG G5 will also be equipped with a feature called “Magic Slots”, thanks to which you can add new modules to the phone hardware to improve performance, including photographic lenses, audio amplifiers and physical keyboards.

LG G5 will be officially announced during the first quarter of 2016.
