Google Prohibits Developers Add Reviews of Users in The Description of Their Applications

The practices and policies of Google Play guidelines prohibit developers make spam by keywords or references not listed in the description of their applications, but many developers are using the trick of adding in the description comments from users to BREW that spam.

As well, to prevent this practice, Google has updated its spam policy to inform developers that may also include reviews of users in the description of their applications, so now developers will have to remove them in the next few days to not violate Google Play spam policy.

Please, do not include testimonials from users in the description of your application. They tend to be dubious and are commonly used to include references to popular search terms and applications from the competition, in violation of the policies described here. Let your users speak for themselves through the system of reviews of Google Play.

This new rule will prevent that in the description of an application we see as developer is shown in the description comments from users with key words or references to applications from the competition, as we can see in the following screenshot with description of the UC Browser Mini browser.
